I am new to virtual assisting. How does it work?
It’s just like having an in-person assistant but communication is conducted via phone or video. We are always just a phone call or computer screen away! Is virtual assisting as effective as in-person assistance?
Absolutely, it is! It increases productivity, reduces idle time and improves time management. With video being the go-to means of communication, it allows both parties to communicate the needed information efficiently and effectively. And, it also fosters more impactful encounters when in-person meetings are necessary.
Can I purchase a block of hours?
Yes, you can if you have a short assignment. Hours can be used throughout the month as needed. Unused hours do not carry over to the following month.
Do you outsource?
You will have one MPC contact. To achieve excellent results and turnaround time, MPC may collaborate with various people within the industry to execute timely and efficiently. You will know in advance if services are needed by a third-party that could incur additional service fees beyond your established MPC fees.
Why should I invest in hiring a professional?
Calculate the number of hours you are spending on non-revenue generating tasks each day. Take that number and multiply it by your hourly rate. Calculate the monthly and annual totals. ASTOUNDING, right! Pick your jaw up off the floor! What if I need work done inside my office?
While all virtual executive administrative services are performed remotely, we may have another service solution for you for an additional fee.
What software do you use?
We have experience using many products like MSOffice and Google Suite; client relationship management (CRM) software, graphic design, social media scheduling software and many, many others along with industry-specific software for service-based businesses. Based on our client’s needs and technological abilities, we can track project tasks using a project management software or be as simple as providing verbal or email updates, whichever is preferred by the client. We meet you where you are! Our goal is to make your life a little bit easier. We are always looking for new products to explore that will increase productivity and efficiency. We love learning new software so let us know and we will try it!
How is payment handled?
A retainer fee, with a service term of 3-, 6- or 12-months, is required for all monthly packages. A deposit or full payment is due before the start of service and if service starts in the middle of the month, it will be pro-rated. Otherwise, payment is due at the beginning of each month. If a block of hours is purchased, payment is due prior to the start of the assignment.
