First, we will have a kick-off call so I can learn more about your brand, where you need help to streamline, improve your service experience and reduce chaos in your back-office. Then, we will deep dive into your process(es) – and no worries, if they are in your head because I will write them down and create a process map for you. After the call, we will follow the 7-step process.
Depending upon how many workflows you need, after the kick-off call, it could take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. This depends upon how long it takes to return the requested deliverables and the complexity of the workflow. A timeline will be provided during the kick-off call. Great care is put into every detail to ensure the automation reflects your brand.
