Moore Planning & Consulting – Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the planning required to deliver our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

Consulting & Services
All consulting sessions, strategy calls, and services are non-refundable once delivered.

Digital Products & Templates
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds are provided after purchase.

Memberships & Subscriptions

• Monthly memberships (such as The Small Business CEO Society) may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Workshops & Events
Registration fees are non-refundable. In some cases, transfers to another participant may be approved or a switch to a different date may be accommodated if available and requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact us to discuss available options.

Retreats & Extended Payment Plans

All registration fees for destination retreats are non-refundable due to the advance planning, limited capacity, and financial commitments required to host these events.

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all installments as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of your retreat spot without refund.

Please note: Dates, locations, and previously-communicated retreat activities are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a change, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide equivalent value.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

Chargebacks
By purchasing from MPC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms.
